Jeff was the first regional winner of the former International All-Stage Rally (now Rally Barbados) in 1998, his early forays outside Jamaica including the Network Q RAC Rally in the UK, where he finished 19th in 1996. His reputation as the region’s best is well-founded: twice Caribbean Rally Champion (1996 & ’98), the only winner of regional rallying’s ‘Big Three’ – tarmac in Barbados (1998, 2015-18), gravel in Jamaica (nine times between 1994 and 2015) and Trinidad & Tobago (2011 & ‘13) – he also finished on the podium in all three in 2012 & ‘13. With four consecutive King of the Hill wins (2016-19) and four straight Sol RB victories (2015-18) behind him, a huge accident in Sol RB19 resulted in only his second DNF in 16 visits. His cars have lived in Barbados in recent years, where he was BRC Champion Driver in 2017 & ‘18.
